Economic Consultant/ Salem Bin Fahad Al Zammam, is the founder of SaudiScope in 2003.A current PhD researcher in Business Economic field, holding a bachelor and master degree in Economics from University of Detroit Mercy, USA which still designing postgraduate research studies along with Ford Company Cooperation concerning field of de-velopment studies and researches in Business Economic. The consultant Al Zammam has practice verity of positions starting from academic teaching and training to practicing high executive management level in many Saudi compa-nies with part time consultation of studies and researches in business economic to many business entities in Saudi Arabia. Program definition:This program is designed for businessmen to have a profes-sional consultant in Business Economic with company team as part time in purpose of study and analysis scrutiny of investment decisions and improve the economic efficiency of business per-formance, the consultant tasks will include the following:• Investment opportunities surveys locally and International.• Economic feasibility studies and business plans.• Finance solutions and consultations, locally and International.

Program Mechanism:My economist program according to the tasks shown is based on the following mechanism:• An annual contract is to be signed between businessman and economic consultant on monthly fee bases.• Must be agreed on a period of attending the economist to businessman premises and attend periodic meetings related to the tasks.• The economist has to execute all tasks assigned to him inside or outside determined duty hours through his consultant team.• The economist has to hold external travelling for business trips concerned with the shown tasks if necessary.

Building and designing the economic feasibility studies with pro-fessional standards ( UNIDO Standards) and contain the follow-ing stagesPreliminary stage of study:This stage will be reflecting the economy indications of the con-cerned Country in general and the developments according to latest available statistics data from official sources and second-ary sources, also treating the indications of developing changes to the target sector, to the economic growth plans of concerned Country and to the future expectations under the indications of national economy.

First stage: market part:Contains design and execute field survey, collect, calculate and analyze the data related to the study or the project with its par-tial and full divisions, approaches to conclusions to preliminary

finance and economic indications in addition to short and long terms full and detailed predictions, partial analysis for market supply and demand, prices and competitions analysis, SWOT analysis , sales re-searches and consumer behavior in addition to marketing plan.Second stage: Technical part:Technical study contains in full details the following data:1.
