The Technology:

Low Cost Electro‐Coagulation

Known wastewater technology, yet never

applied to drinking water

Series of 3 distinct processes:

1. Dosing: Formation of Arsenic‐Binding

Corrosion Products (ABCP) through

electrochemical dissolution of iron

electrodes

2. Mixing: Coagulation of ABCP with

arsenic

3. Filtration: Mechanical removal of the

arsenic‐ laden ABCP
