The goal of education is to provide knowledge and understanding in the hopes to better prepare individuals to solve problems. Looking into the next 10 years, what do you anticipate will be the largest challenge facing our members that will require continued education?

As technology advances and provides an avenue to deliver education and testing online, how do you see this opportunity impacting Apprentice education, PGA Professional Golf Management and the PGA Education Center in Port St. Lucie?

In the area of Employment Services, in your opinion, what service or opportunity should be provided to PGA Members through the PGA Employment Consultants that is not currently being offered?

EmploymentAt the last Annual Meeting, Independent Director John Jacob challenged the Association to take a more direct role with PGA Member employers in the effort to support Members in their current employment situation. What do you see as the greatest opportunity for PGA Members should the Association take a more direct role? In addition, what do you see as the greatest risk by doing so?

EmploymentThe PGA promotes an impressively low unemployment rate for PGA Professionals, but many say the real issue is "underemployment." What are some of the steps the PGA can take to better identify underemployment? Also, in your opinion, how serious is the issue of underemployment and how can the concern be addressed?

As the PGA mission implies, the Association is dedicated to meeting the professional aspirations of PGA Members. In your opinion, what are some examples of programs that have improved the employment of PGA Members, and specifically how have they done so?

As PGA Junior League Golf continues to grow and attract new juniors to the game, what are your thoughts on how to maintain the engagement of these youngsters through their teens and into adulthood in the effort to protect the future of the game?

As the main avenue for new players to the game seems to be through public/daily fee facilities, how does the PGA provide a meaningful impact in growing new players when PGA Professional presence at these public facilities is approximately 39%?

With the creation of a new Task Force focused on new and alternative formats of play like FootGolf, what are your thoughts on how PGA Members can embrace alternative formats of play, and in turn leverage these opportunities to grow traditional formats of the game?

With the decrease in the number of core golfers, participation is becoming critical for the Association and the employment situation of PGA Members. As you look at everything being done in this area, what do you see as the one thing that could turn this trend around in the quickest manner?

Over the years and through much discussion, the Member Service Requirement (MSR) has evolved to what it is today. From your perspective, does the current MSR program contain the correct number and mix of requirements? If yes, why? If not, what would you change?

In a world that is becoming ever more time-sensitive, how would you work to create better cohesiveness between National, Sections, and PGA Members in the effort to get all involved in meaningful discussions regarding Association activities?

For many past campaigns, a major topic was increasing ADP funding to the Sections. With a significant increase now in place, what do you see as the next major issue facing Sections that needs to be addressed?

Some Sections and Committees have been discussing the addition of a playing element to the current Member Service Requirement (MSR). As an Officer, would you support such a recommendation? And why or why not?

As an Officer, you will serve as a spokesperson for the PGA and fellow PGA Members. If asked the question, "What is the single greatest asset of the PGA of America?" What would be your reply and why?

Throughout its history, the PGA has been fortunate to have leaders with the foresight to see and anticipate threats to the Association, as well as the courage to address them head on. Looking ahead to the next 10 years, what do you believe is the greatest threat facing the PGA? And, what are your ideas on how we should address it?

In the effort to elevate the PGA brand within the community at-large, the PGA and the Sections continue to focus on expanding their presence in the charitable area through non-profit Foundations. What do you believe are the greatest opportunities for the PGA to expand its brand through this charitable space?

With minorities as the fastest growing segment of the population, the PGA continues to struggle with moving the needle in gaining diversity within its membership. What ideas do you have that might foster diversity within our membership?
