Aims
SARA aims to construct six sustainable, cost effective, high energy
performance, public-access eco-buildings that are immediately
replicable at large scale in many locations and demonstrate the cost-
effective potential for improving the energy performance of Europe’s
buildings :
– High efficiency,
• > 30% CO2 emissions reduction
• Reduction use of non renewals energy source
– Replicability,
• reasonable costs:
• 5% of building total cost,
• <50 Euros /m2 de over cost
• Innovation with market technology
