Annual Matters of the Heart Conference
I conceptualized, secured grant funding and sponsorships, recruited speakers, and oversaw all logistical aspects of this large annual event that continues to this day. Event draws of 400 community members and health professionals.
Matters of the Heart Symposium
Interfaced with outside vendors including floral, rental companies, audiovisual, lighting, transportation, parking, and other outside vendors.
Matters of the Heart Key Note Speaker, Joy Bauer from the Today Show Weekly Nutrition show with CEO of RWJUH
Secured Joy from the Today Show to present at this large health event. Planned her travel & hotel accommodations, and coordinated her book-signing.
National Wear Red Day Conference and Health FairExecuted all aspects of this event that grew from 50in 2009 to 250 in 2011. During this event , speakers, educators and survivors discussed the prevalence of heart disease in
woman and how to prevent it.

This event also serves as means to educate the public about breast care, diagnostics, treatment and navigation services available at hospital.
Over the years, this event has served a wonderful PR event for RWJUH.

event.

Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital 10th Anniversary
Uninsured children received free dental care on Friday, Feb. 3 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) through Give Kids A Smile!, a national program of the American Dental Association (ADA).I organized all aspects of securing dentists, hygienists, volunteers, materials, supplies, promotion and entertainment.
Diabetes Awareness Day Events at Hospital and in the Community
Annual Diabetes Conference, 2010

Lead and managed all aspects the hospital’s launch and grand-opening of new fitness and wellness center. Grand Opening -commanded over 700 attendees on June 18, 2011.

Ground-breaking Event New Fitness Center in New Brunswick
Coming in late 2012
Worked with this grocer and catering company to select healthy foods and feed the over 500 attendees at a ground-breaking event in July 2011.
Medical Research Roundtable Event
Planned a tri-state conference for patients and families with rare neurological conditions. Over 200 healthcare professionals and families in attendance
