Over the internet there are many podcast providers that enable learners to adjust their listening according to their interests and levels.
BBC Podcast offers a wide ranges of topics and genres to listen to and download in MP3 formats.

Watch movies and YouTube clips without subtitle. Reset your smartphone language to English. Send email and short messages in English. Be a member of a social media group that use English only for chat. Listen to English Podcast and radio channels, choose a topic that you are interested in.
