Joint Venture / GC PartnershipsInvites the approaches of strong teams with either J/V or Associated
GC Partnership
Allows additional small and medium sized Contractors the
opportunity to be involved
Takes pressure off of some GC’s (i.e. bonding capacity control/less
volume to manage/incur self performing contractors)
J/V agreements MUST be legally formed prior to Bid Date
- each J/V entity must meet the qualifications of having performed one project of 50% of the bid amount within the past five (5) years
