NZTE Capability Development VouchersBusinesses may qualify for vouchers to help pay for services such as training workshops, courses and coaching that build the management capabilities of their owners, operators and key managers.
NZTE Capability Development vouchers are available through Regional Business Partners around New Zealand. Regional Business Partners will assess local businesses to determine what their needs are, and assist them with a plan to help them develop, grow and innovate.
Do I qualify for funding?To be eligible for the vouchers your business must ▪ Have fewer than 50 full time employees ▪ Be registered for GST in New Zealand ▪ Be operating in a commercial environment ▪ Be privately owned or a Maori Trust under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 ▪ Demonstrate a desire to innovate and grow.
What can vouchers be used for?Vouchers may be used to help businesses pay for up 50 percent of the cost of services (up to a maximum value of $5000 excluding GST) from registered training providers that improve management capabilities in targeted areas.
Otago Southland Employers' Association is a registered training provider. Training programmes, courses, workshops and qualifications that are approved for voucher redemption are included in this directory (look for the NZTE approved).

Attendees will be taken through all stages of the ‘export cycle’ documentation requirements for international trade. The National Certificate in Adult Education and Training (Level 4) is a qualification for people delivering and/or assessing adult education and training. This qualification has been designed for people with diverse backgrounds and experience who are seeking a qualification in the adult education and training field.
