You will be required to achieve specific individual performance targets relating to shelf filling, picking and packing. Contracts available are full-time 39 hours (over 5 full days including at least one weekend day in 3 weeks), part-time 32 hours (over 4 full days including at least one weekend day each alternate week), part-time 24 hours (over 3 days including at least one weekend day each alternate week) and part-time 16 hours (either both weekend days each week or at least one weekend day over alternate weeks). We also have flexible options for 12, 16 and 20 hour evening contracts, between 6:00pm and 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. These will include Saturday evening work (4:00pm to 8:00pm) on a rota basis (1 weekend day in 3 weeks).
