Did You Know There are Many Ways to Pay Your Electric Bill?Tell me the ways!

• Mailing your payment WITH your pay-ment coupon.

• Using electronic funds transfer from your checking account.

• Drafts-online via www.springercoop.com (user ID and password needed)

• Making a payment at any International Bank offi ces (Springer, Raton, Cimarron or Angel Fire) WITH your payment coupon.

• Over the phone payment using either debit/credit or check (please have your account number(s) ready of which you are making payment(s) for).

• Drop payment in night box, with pay-ment coupon.

• OR, simply come into the offi ce.

Once your bill is mailed, we give days before it is deemed past due. If payment is not received by the due date, the next day we will send out a delinquent notice giving you an additional days to pay the bill. If the bill has not been paid two days before the disconnect date, you will be delivered a final two-day notice notifying you when the disconnect date and time will be. This is two notifications before the meter is disconnected.

If you are due for disconnection and make a payment at any International Bank, you, the customer needs to notify Springer Electric of this payment. It is not the responsibility of the bank employee to notify us without being asked by you to give us a call.

If you are having a hard time paying your electric bill and cannot make the payment in full, split the amount into however many payments you can, in order to get the bill paid in full by the due date. Don’t wait until the last minute to notify us that you cannot make your payment. Keep in mind, during this time, your next month’s statement is already on its way.

Making late payments can create a cycle that will have you always running behind trying to avoid disconnects. Paying your bill in a timely fashion will avoid interruption to your service, reconnect fees and added deposits on your account. Don’t let a small bill turn into a big hassle and cost when we are willing to work with you on how to get your bill paid.

If you are paying an account of a deceased member, we require you change the meter over into the person who is responsible for this meter. Call Springer Electric for details.
