ENDURA is the UK’s largest technical cycle clothing company and also the fastest growing in its field.

Since its formation in 1992, Endura has won many awards for innovation and product excellence and has proven itself in its major markets of UK and USA and more recently in export markets ranging from Norway to Korea and South Africa to Russia.

The company has supplied many of the UK’s emergency services with specialist cycle clothing since 1999. Clients include the West Midlands Police Consortium, Police Service of Northern Ireland, London Ambulance Service, City of London Police and Metropolitan Police Service.

Technical CapabilitiesThe company has a modern manufacturing facility that produces and customises technical cycle clothing in Livingston, UK, and includes full CAD systems for pattern development. The facility also incorporates a full digital sublimation print works and so is able to supply the most complex designs for bespoke applications. We have long standing partnerships with ‘Off-Shore’ suppliers that enable us to offer the highest quality bulk production products at competitive prices.

Stock HoldingWe hold in stock a wide range of generic Emergency Service garments & accessories, including EN471 Class 3 & EN343 jackets, EN471 shirts, EN166/EN1836 eyewear and EN1078 cycle helmets that can be adapted to clients’ needs. We fully support our bespoke clients with ‘off-the-shelf’ stock that can be delivered rapidly, often within 48 hours, to any UK mainland location.

Product WarrantyEndura products (and any other product that we would supply) are guaranteed against material or workmanship defect for life (minimum of 3 years). Should a product fail from defect outwith fair wear and tear, Endura will repair or replace the product.

Intro


1. Pique polo style cycle shirt in fast wicking performance polyester (with cotton look). Button collar and supplied with embroidered appliques (which are external only and do not penetrate through the fabric to skin side). Embroideries as standard with either “POLICE” or “PCSO” however other designs can easily be produced. Cycle cut without rear pockets. Style features radio loops and epaulettes.Options:Black, White, PCSO Blue - Available in both short and long sleeve versions

3. Cairn base layer T-shirt in fast wicking Dry-Flite™ fabric with flat-locked stitching. Crew neck style with taped neck seams.Options:Plain black - Available in both short and long sleeve versions. Police/PCSO/Ambulance/Fire branding available.


4. Rannoch Thermolite® Roubaix Jacket Fast drying, stretch fit thermal jacket with option of reflective or print logos.Options:Plain black - Police/PCSO/Ambulance/Fire branding available.

5. Fusion jacket Waterproof breathable softshell fabric. Teflon®

treated to reduce “wetting out” and improve breathability. Underarm zip ventilation. Discrete pockets: twin zipped recessed front pockets, laser-cut and welded waterproof breast pocket and internal pocket.Options:Plain black - Police/PCSO/Ambulance/Fire branding available.

6. Armour Carrying Harness EN471 Class 2 Hi-Vis armour carrying harness with detachable internal housing for front and rear body armour sleeves and stowage for handcuffs, baton and CS spray. Additional pocket with cable port which exits at chest. Radio docking ports and Velcro® adjustable shoulders. Velcro® patches front and rear for reflective badges - Police/PCSO/Ambulance/Fire branded badges available separately.

7. Hi-Vis Airtex Cycle Shirt in either short sleeve (EN471 Class 2) or Long Sleeve (EN471 Class 3).Options:Available with POLICE/PCSO/Ambulance/Fire badge versions.

Heavy duty double and triple stitch on all seams. Front pockets (inc. hidden zip pocket) and twin rear map pockets. Smooth underside to avoid snagging or pressure points. Clickfast™ compatible. Can be supplied with reflective logos. Female specific fits available.

12. Hummvee 3/4 Shorts Made from durable Teflon®

treated nylon with side-zipped ventilation. Two rear tabbed large map pockets, two front zipped pockets, cargo pocket and zipped mobile phone pocket. Stretch lower back panel and seamless stretch inner leg panel. Adjustable belt. Articulated knees and back calf. Ventilation and leg adjustment via Velcro® strapping. The UK Public Safety Cycling organisation is dedicated to providing specialised training, education and membership to Emergency Services Personnel who use bicycles in the line of duty. The Mountain Bike gives the Emergency Services the following benefits:

PSC have contributed to standardising emergency services cycling through organisations like ACPO and are now able to deliver basic, advanced and instructor level cycle training to these new standards. Staff deployed on Mountain Bikes have been welcomed by the public as this way of working really engages with the community. Whilst there is no doubt that vehicles are useful in covering larger areas, the bike comes into its own in specified areas and tasks, therefore freeing up other Emergency vehicles.

Public Safety Cycling training programs have reached over 30 forces/ services in the UK and at present have over 25 certified instructors including the national standards.

There are over 4000 cycle mounted Police including Support Officers, Ambulance Paramedics & Volunteer First Aiders, Fire & Rescue Officers, Traffic & Community Wardens and Coast Guard Officers in the UK. PSC also hold an annual seminar and competition.

Chest/Bust - Take measurement across the fullest part and across shoulder blades.Waist - Measure around natural waistline.Inside leg - Measure from the top of the inside leg at the crotch to the ankle bone.Back of neck to waist - From nape of neck to natural waistline.Hand width - Measure palm of hand from side to side.

Garments may vary in size specification depending on the style and ease allowance but will still fit the body size indicated.
