Energetic NV, based in Stekene , Belgium, is a privately owned, independent company. We offer the highest quality of service and expertise on a wide range of turbo machinery types, from many different manufacturers. Our core competence is complete service and repair of steam turbines, gas turbines, axial and radial compressors. Our aim is to unburden our customers by means of our total package approach.Our staff has extensive experience in power plant construction and operation, commissioning of gas and steam turbines, equipment manufacturing and engineering. This experience is utilized to provide tailor made solutions for each overhaul.Our motto is: total care, total service, total commitment.

Centrifugal Compressors: single & multistage- ,axial-integral geared compressors, turbo expanders , aeration blowers. Industrial Steam turbines (approx. max 50 Mw): backpressure-,condense-,tandem-,twin-,vax-,radial-,district heating turbines.

Various service activities, modernizations, up-grades,trouble shooting, re-location, engineering solutions ,service contracts, call out service, efficiency management tools, thermodynamic calculations, 3D modelling and reverse engineering.

Service Offerings

We take great pride in our service team, our project leaders,

engineers and supervisors have an accumulated experience of

hundreds of years. This experience enables us to perform on-site

overhauls or repairs in a unprecedented efficiency. The chance

that a damage or a problem is encountered that we have not

dealt with is very slim.

Of course this requires tools, among others we have laser

alignment, bore alignment, level alignment, endoscopes, non

destructive testing, hydraulic bolt handling, thermal bolt handling,

welding, drilling, grinding, measuring, lifting, hosting, hydraulic

pressing, tool containers, equipped service vans etc. All tools are

certified, calibrated according applicable legislation.

EH&S is of the upmost importance, in a challenging working environment with complex equipment and

systems experience alone is not enough. All Energetic NV personnel is certified VOL VCA (valid for Belgium,

Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland), and SSG Entre (Sweden).

Turbomachinery – Available Skills

Energetic NV is able to engineer replacement parts for

turbines, compressors and gear boxes in a short

timeframe. We understand the needs of our customers and

the impact of prolonged shutdown of critical machinery.

Where OEM's often lack flexibility for fast delivery we make

it our mission to get equipment running with quality parts in

the shortest possible timeframe.

By using advanced scanning and measuring equipment

dimensions of even complex parts can be recorded and

transformed in a 3D CAD model by using state of the art

design software. Metallurgical testing and analysis by

spectrometry provides the mechanical properties required

for alloy selection.

Upgrades of design and used alloys are often advice, new

manufacturing possibilities and alloys remove some of thelimitations design engineers had in the past.

Energetic NV has the competence to repair rotary

and stationary parts both on site or in our workshop.

Typical repairs are amongst others: turbine rotor re-

blading, turbo compressor de/restacking, NDT

inspection, seal strip replacement, balancing, bearing

repair, shaft and bearing journal repair, control and

stop valve overhaul.

After identification of the damage a repair plan is

developed, planned and executed. During the different

steps quality checks are carried out to guarantee the

desired result.
