1.5 DRIVER GRADE 9 (1 POSITION)

Reporting to the Principal Administration Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of safe and timely transportation of authorized goods and passengers as well as the good maintenance of EPRA vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out routine checks on vehicle’s fueling, cooling, oil, electrical and brake systems and tyre pressure; • Detecting and reporting vehicle defects on time; ensuring vehicle cleanliness; • Driving the vehicle as authorized; • Ensuring security and safety of the vehicle on and off the road, passengers and goods therein; • Maintaining daily work ticket; • Ensuring routine service and maintenance of the vehicle; • Timely reporting of accidents and securing police abstract; • Taking Vehicles inspection and keeping up-to-date insurance documents;• Ensuring that all documents are valid and well displayed;• Preparing periodic vehicle performance reports as required.

2. DIRECTORATE OF PETROLEUM AND GAS

2.1 SENIOR PETROLEUM OFFICER - GRADE 5 (1 POSITION)

Reporting to the Principal Petroleum Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for technical audits and monitoring operations of petroleum refineries, bulk storage and pipelines to ensure compliance with approved regulations, standards and codes for recommending appropriate action in cases of non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities

3.1.1 RENEWABLE ENERGY OFFICER - GRADE 6 (2 POSITIONS)

Reporting to the Principal Renewable Energy Officer, the successful candidates will work under the supervision of a senior officer and will assist in the development of renewable energy regulations and standards, and coordinating renewable energy studies/research projects and codes of practice. The holder undertakes renewable energy technical audits and provides input in the development of renewable energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

4.3.2 DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS ASSISTANT - GRADE 8 (2 POSITIONS)

Reporting to Principal Corporate Communications Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for building the online community. He/she will administer and manage EPRAs social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Build EPRA’s social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, and other popular chat applications• Monitor social media and update accordingly, provide coverage of events (articles, photos, etc)• In close collaboration with the contracted PR Agency, ensure quality control of social media content• Participate in the development and implementation of a social media content strategy and management• Assist in the coordination and management of EPRA’s events and upload such events on the online platform• Participate in the development and implementation of a social media marketing plan• Build online reviews and reputation of EPRA• Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, designs and strategy

Qualifications & Skills required

I. Person specifications For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: • A Diploma in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or equivalent from a recognized institution• Be able to demonstrate creativity in social media (providing links to profiles will be an added advantage)• Be proficient in Computer Applications (MS Office, etc)• Display in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube• Pinterest, LinkedIn, Chat Applications among others; and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.• Demonstrated knowledge of desktop publishing software and social media metrics• Have at least one (1) year relevant work experience
