2. Those who are in official service^ in obiligatoryterms of service, or who have obiligation ofservice after finishing schools which they have
attended should apply annexing certificates thatthe presidents of their places of duty have ap-proved of their having examinations.
3. Procedures of application for the PreparatoryCourses of Normal Schools shall be decided byPrincipals of the respective schools.
G. Other Matters to be Attended to1. Applicants should learn matters concerned at
the respective schools by the day before the ex-
amination.2. No charge for entrance examination and no
school fee (excluding Nursery Training Coursesof Women's Higher Normal Schools in Tokyo
