Article 1. The Minister of Commerce and Industryshall, in order to improve the quality and facultyof automobile parts (Including roughly 'finishedautomobile parts and automobile accessories, Kthe
. same shall apply hereinafter) approve the aiito-,mobile parts, which are found to, be up to the
specifications designated by the Minister of Com-merce and Industry, as high-grade articles.
Article 2. When the manufacturers Tof automobile
parts want to get an approval for the automobileparts, manufactured by them, as provided m thepreceding Article, they must tender to the Ministerof Commerce and Industry applications mentioning
, the following items:1. Applicant's personal name or firm name and
address.2. Name of article and its trademark.3. Manufacturing factory arid its address,4. Main raw materials and specifications thereof.5. Routines of manufacture and the methods of
inspection.6. Results of tests on the quality and faculty.7. Outline of manufacturing equipment Ctogether
with a map of factory.)To the a pplication, stated in the preceding para-
graph, the lollowmg documents shall be attached:1. History of the factory. (2. Personal,history of the chief technician,3. A document stating the main.suppliers.4. A documents stating the cost ot production oi

Article 3. The Minister of Commerce and Industryshall, when he has approved an automobile part•Eashigh-grade article, make public by Notification ,.the name of the article and the name and addressof the manufacturing factory so approved.
Article1 4. On the automobile parts approved as high-grade articles, trade-marks mentioned in the appli-cations tendered in accordance with the provisionsof Article 2*, shall be. indicated*
Article 5. Those who had their articles approved asHigh-grade ones shall, ' whenever a change has 'occurred to an item mentioned in the applicationtendered in accordance with Article 2,-report with-out delay to the Minister ot Commerce and Indu-stry to that effect. v-
Article 6. The Minister of Commerce" and Industry 'may, when he has found any fact' notcoming upto the specifications mentioned in Article 1 -withregard to an automobile pap* recognized as "thehigh-grade article, cancel the approval.
The Minister of Commerce and industry shall,iri case he has cancelled the approval in accordancewith the provisions of the preceding paragraph,make public by Notification the name of articleand the name and address of the manufacturingfactory of )the.article of which the approval wascancelled,
Supplementary Provision :The present Ordinance shall come into force as
