ABOUT THIS GUIDE

This guide will show you how to access and use the WOR Dashboard, found in E=nterprise Analysis.

E=nterprise Analysis presents Sodexo financial data in queries and interactive dashboards that allow for

powerful analysis and faster, more informed business decisions. Some of the benefits of E=nterprise Analysis

Dynamic Platform That Enables User Customization

The WOR Dashboard will enable users to view timely data relating to weekly UFS WOR Data, period total

weekly breakdown and period variance based on line-of-site BRIO security access. Keep in mind that this

dashboard replaces the BRIO WOR reports and the timing of report data will not match the WOR in

UFS.

ACCESSING THE WOR DASHBOARD

Open an Internet Browser and navigate to the Management Reporting and Analysis Page of SodexoNet.

Scroll to the Everything E=nterprise Analysis section and select Access E=nterprise Analysis.

Once you have accessed E=nterprise Analysis, click on the Dashboards drop down, then select WOR

Dashboard.

WOR DASHBOARD STRUCTURE

The WOR Dashboard contains several interactive sections including the navigation tabs, filters, header and

data area. The dashboard is organized by tabs for easy navigation. The dashboard contains the following tabs:

1) Overview Tab

2) UFS Weekly Operating Tab

To begin using the dashboard, the Fiscal Year and Period must be completed as required page filters. The

dashboard defaults to the current year and period but alternate selections can be chosen in the drop down

menus. Your BRIO Security Access will limit the selections available to you.

You can further filter your results by the hierarchy Org Level dashboard filters (Division, Area, Region, District,

Sub-district, and Profit Center). These filters are optional and do not need to be completed for the report

to run, however, filter choices must be selected in order to populate in the header section.

Once you have completed your selections, click Apply to populate the WOR dashboard.

Click on the Reset button to clear the filters and restore to default settings.

To save your customized filters as your default view, use the Customization option, found under the Page

You can print or export your results from anywhere within the dashboard by scrolling to the bottom of the

results set.

The report can be converted to either PDF or HTML for printing or it can be exported to PDF, Excel,

PowerPoint, Web Archive or Data format.

You can navigate through the dashboard using either the tabs at the top or the links in the Dashboard content

section.

OVERVIEW TAB

The Overview Tab is the default view in the WOR dashboard and includes the following:

1) Dashboard Org Prompts: contains the WOR Dashboard filters. Filters selected here control all other

tabs. Once you have made your selections, click Apply to execute the query.

2) Dashboard Contents and Tab Links: Click the hyperlinks in this section to navigate to the other tabs.

This section also contains a Historical Reporting Mapping, which is a listing of each Dashboard Tab

with the corresponding static report that it replaces.

UFS WEEKLY OPERATING TAB

This tab replaces the following static reports:

BRIO Report Report Name Functionality

BPR024-1 UFS Weekly Operating Report

Shows weekly WOR amounts and period total by WOR category, account and UFS source code

The report displays weekly WOR amounts for the period selected with a period total by WOR category,

account and UFS source code.

WEEKLY WOR DETAIL TAB

This tab replaces the following static reports:

BRIO Report Report Name Functionality

BPR027Q WOR Data Bi-Query Detailed breakdown of WOR data by week in easily exportable format

Once you have chosen the Weekly WOR Detail tab the following additional page filters are available to further

narrow your results returned: Results Type filter. Results type is a required filter and allows choice between a

detailed report in table format and a pivot summary report of the results set. Once filters are chosen click

‘APPLY’ to return results.

The detail report displays WOR Category code and description, UFS Source Code (default sort) and

description, GL Account number and description, hierarchy information (based on selection made in dashboard

filters), WOR Sort Code, Functional area code and description and WOR weekly and total amounts.

The pivot summary report displays the WOR total amount by WOR Category description, UFS Source Code

and Description.

PERIOD WOR VARIANCE TAB

This tab replaces the following static reports:

BRIO Report Report Name Functionality

BPR014 WOR to Actual Variance- District

Shows WOR and actual financials variances to budget, LY by Revenues, Raw Materials, Op Personnel Costs, Op Processing Costs and UOP. By each individual cost center with roll-up at the end.

BPR014-2 WOR to Actual Variance - Region

Shows WOR and actual financials variances to budget, LY by Revenues, Raw Materials, Op Personnel Costs, Op Processing Costs and UOP. By each individual district with roll-up at the end.

BPR014-3 WOR to Actual Variance-Sub-district

Shows WOR and actual financials variances to budget, LY by Revenues, Raw Materials, Op Personnel Costs, Op Processing Costs and UOP. By each individual cost center with roll-up at the end.

Once you have chosen the Period WOR Variance tab the following additional page filters are available to

further narrow your results returned: Level of Data Shown filter. Level of Data Shown is a required filter and

allows flexibility to display the results at any hierarchy level. Once filters are chosen click ‘APPLY’ to return

results.

The report displays the Budget, Actual WOR, Variance to WOR, Variance to Budget and Variance to Last Year

scenarios for Revenues, Raw Materials Operating Personnel Costs, Total Operating Processing Costs and

Unit Operating Profit for the Period and hierarchy selected.
