Summer is winding down, but we still have a few more exciting things happening here for our tenants. Construction on Starbucks is nearing completion. We hope you enjoyed our 33rd annual Labor Day Picnic and are looking forward to our 4th annual RD Scinto Family Day Carnival coming up on September 22 & 23. Last year the carnival was attended by nearly 18,000 people, and we expect about the same amount this year. Please read the FAQs to the right and let us know if you have any other questions.

R.D. Scinto Family Day Carnival - F.A.Q.s

1. The Carnival will be held in the Corporate 3 parking lot

2. Food and concessions will be available for purchase.

3. Beer and wine will be served by Il Palio Restaurant. 4. All proceeds from this event will go to local charities.

5. Tenants & their guests must preregister & receive wristbands in order to ride for free. At least 1 person in each group must show an employee badge when entering the Carnival.

6. Wristbands will be available at the gate for $20 (no refunds)

7. No Dogs Allowed

8. There is no rain date since the event is 2 days.
