Among their key findings are that: (1) undocumented Latinos are more likely to attend college in states with an in-state resident tuition policy, and (2) multiple policies (i.e., tuition, affirmative action, immigration, financial aid, admissions, etc.) come into play as students seek to enter higher education, making the college choice and enrollment process quite complicated.
