Dear student,

Let me briefly introduce you to what the Erasmus Recruitment Days is and what to expect from organizing this great event.

The Erasmus Recruitment Days is the largest on campus recruitment event in the Benelux. Nearly 2000 students and 100 companies participate each year. The event takes place in the first two weeks of February.

This event is a joint venture between EFR and STAR. Because of that, you have more freedom while working, you have your own office and you will get to enjoy the culture, members and parties from both EFR and STAR.

Sounds interesting? Please read on for a good view of the different positionsand do not hesitate to contact us for any questions!

Warm regards,

Jan-Matthijs de Berg

As a member of the Erasmus Recruitment Committee you are responsible for the complete organization of this large event. The Erasmus Recruitment Days strives to be the largest and most professional on-campus recruitment event in the Benelux. By offering several ways that companies can present themselves, the ERD offers students in all phases of their study an ideal opportunity to meet their future employer.

Finding the perfect employer or the perfect employee is not easy. By organizing the Erasmus Recruitment Days you form an intermediary between students and companies. Students can find their future employer and companies can find the talent they are looking for. Every member of the committee of course has his/her own tasks such as finding companies to participate, designing the book or lead promotion activities. Nevertheless, working together as a team in the promotional and operational period is also essential for a successful event.

“Looking back on this journey of seven months, I can say that it was a great experience and I am proud having been a member of the Erasmus Recruitment Days Committee 2010-2011!”
