Municipality. The site is L-shaped and the ground is predominantly level. Erf 733 Rustdal is located at the corner of Jeripiko Street and Van Riebeeck Street in the suburb of Rustdal (more commonly known as Saxenburg Industrial Park 2). The property is therefore well positioned, just off the Stellenbosch Arterial which links to the R300 and in turn links to the N1 and N2.
