Audio Visual Microphone and Speakers are available in both stadium rooms. Screen with projector is available in stadium room B and can be moved to meet your needs. There is a $100 fee for use of each of these services. For more significant needs, guests may arrange their own equipment or have our staff handle it for you.
Entertainment With enough notice Rodizio Grill can arrange for a variety of entertainment for your guests. This includes live music, DJ’s, dance floor, games, magicians, photo booth and more.
Special Dietary Needs The restaurant easily accommodates a variety of special needs. We have a 90% gluten free menu along with options for vegetarians, pescatarians and more. Rodizio Grill does not use peanuts in our cooking and uses very little tree nuts. Rest assured, we will take great care of all of your guests and work to accommodate any possible special request.
Timing A typical dining experience for a large group can last from 1.5 to 3.5 hours. Events are scalable to your needs. Our style of dining is great for groups looking for something unique with limited time. The concept timing can also be scaled to accommodate functions that need a more leisurely pace with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres reception before the meal. Your event planner will help you customize the event to your needs. The elimination of the ordering process allows guests to dine at their own pace.
Alcoholic Beverage Service Rodizio Grill is committed to serving high quality products to our guests while following all state laws. The restaurant will not serve alcohol to any guest under age 21. In TN a valid form of ID is required to be served alcoholic beverages. Staff will not serve intoxicated guests or guests showing signs of intoxication. *Charges for open bars do not change in the event a guest is no longer being served. Refunds are not permitted.

OPTIONS AND THE FINE PRINT
ROOM FEES, MINIMUMS, GRATUITY Private Room Fees Apply – includes coordination, planning, set up breakdown and basic linen. Room Minimums also apply – Fees are based on desired date, time and duration of the event. Your event planner will identify the charges in your customized party planner. Suggested Gratuity and Event Planning Fee is 22% on parties of 30 and more.
Additional fees or gratuity may be required for special circumstances.
OPTIONS Private Salad Area – $300 set up and breakdown fee. Baked Salmon to Salad Area $28 per pound or Peeled Shrimp with Cocktail $28 per pound – 3lb Min. Additional Bartender - $150. Required for 50 or more guests in Stadium Room. Corkage Fees are per person per hour. Specialty Linens and Center Pieces – Ask your party planner for a quote. ENTERTAINMENT – Rodizio is happy to arrange live music, DJ’s, tableside magic, photo booths and other entertainment. Ask your event planner for a quote.

PARTY PLANNING, AGREEMENTS, GUARANTEES, HOST RESPONSIBILITY (All agreements will be in your event planner) To properly plan for your event we ask that parties of 30 or more (20 in December) sign an agreement outlining menus, bar, costs, seating, timing, prices, fees, contact information and any special arrangements. Once you indicate your interest our event planner will work with you to customize an agreement reflecting your plans. Upon returning the guaranteed signed agreement the planner will verify availability and send you a confirmation. Space cannot be guaranteed until signed agreement is received. DEPOSIT Rodizio Grill reserves the right to require a deposit of a specified amount in order to reserve room and party. When required, it will be noted on the Agreement. Parties of 30 require a minimum 35% Deposit. Deposits for parties of $10,000 or greater is 50% of contracted grand total. CANCELLATION Deposits for December events are NOT refundable All other months: -Cancellation >14 days in advance, Deposit is refunded. -Cancellation <14 days and > 72 hours advance, 50% of the deposit refunded. -Cancellation <72 hours in advance, 0% of the deposit refunded. The host of any group agrees to be responsible for members of their party including unpaid tabs opened by members of their party, no show charges/guarantees and behavioral issues and/or damage to the space.
PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, CHECK HANDLING
We are happy to process up to 15 separate checks. Please be aware that the processing does take additional time for servers and management. For parties requiring more than 15 checks there is a 5% service fee and additional time will still be required. Payment is due on day of event. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Pre-approved company checks will be accepted on a case by case basis. Organizer agrees deposits will be applied to final bill or toward settling of no show charges. Unsettled charges are charged to guarantee credit card.
