- At IMT level there is a front line team (eTS Team) of solution technical consultants (cross brand, cross industry).

- It is formed by IT Architects who design and support IBM solutions based on ISVs solutions (SAP)

- In addition, eTS can rely on a second level support , delivered by Europen central teams hosted , in the ISICC (Walldorf) for SAP, in PSSC (Montpellier) and in EBSC (La Gaude) , which are part of EMEA Advanced Technical Support (ATS)
