FIRST MEETING Our first meeting is all about listening to your building requirements and you being comfortable and confident with our team at Neater Homes.
SITE VISIT Once engaged, we begin gathering information on your site from the relevant authorities, such as sewerage connection, power and communications points.

BRIEFING After assessing your allotment, we are now able to assist in the development of your dream home. We will organise a meeting which normally takes around 2 hours to determine what your individual needs are.

CONCEPT DESIGN / DESIGN DEVELOPMENT From project conception, Neater offers our clients an experienced design team to help transform their concepts and ideas into a documented design.
PRICING TRANSPARENCY Following the approval of your final concept design, we require your input on various selections to provide you with a comprehensive estimate price that contains everything you need to know about your inclusions and allowances as we believe you should understand where your money is being spent in your home.

WORKING DRAWINGS Engineered Work Drawings are finalised along with your final specification selections and Builders Contract.

INTERIOR DESIGN Now the fun part starts as your home transitions from design into construction, where by many crucial decisions and selections will need to be made!

CONSTRUCTION Your plans will be approved by the appointed Building Certifier and we will have the necessary documentation to commence construction of your dream home.
