Based on the reaction I’ve had from talking to other fans of the series, I’ve come up with a story for the film.

Evil Dead IV will centre around Ash returning to the cabin where the nightmare began, intending to destroy the recording that unleashed the spirits. However when he gets there he finds that a small group of teenagers have stumbled across the cabin and accidently played the tape. This time Ash must search out the possessed victims before they escape the woods and wreak havoc on the world.
