Through ID, bills or previous contracts, the app catches the
clients data and its consumer profile thanks to OCR. It pre-fills
the contract forms automatically, while the back-end system
produces a digital version of the contract that the cilient can sign
through a biographometrical signature.
The system can access CRM utilities in order to verify the client’s identity and its consumer profile. Mobile Agent is also programmed to generate a substitutive conservation of the gathered data, in house or outsourced, to manage the logistics and delivery of paper documents and to execute scanning, matching and validation.
The system proposes fitting solutions for the consumer profile, identified
through OCR.
