1. Admin to register their team members, providing basic information – job title, country, company, etc. also making sure to allocate each member under the correct type:

PLATFORM: VISITEach team member will receive a registration email:• Exhibitor in-person and

online: will receive an email instructing them to complete their individual demographic questions in VISIT. They will then receive a confirmation email once complete.

Please note: the registration will stay on pending until the team member completes the demographic questions.• Exhibitor in-person:

will receive a registered confirmation email

PLATFORM: SwapcardOnce the event platform opens on October 4 to exhibitors. Each registered team member will receive an email from Swapcard with login details to access the platform.Make sure to use the same email address provided on your registration.

They will then receive a confirmation email once complete.Please note: the registration will stay on pending until the team member completes the demographic questions.

All CPhI Worldwide exhibitors are required to set up a Company Profile on CPhI Online.comThe Company Profile contains information about your company as well as the products and services you offer. It’s the first online impression that your visitors will see before you meet them at the event. A company profile on CPhI Online will enable you to create awareness for your products, solutions and content, as well as receive requests for information, find new partners and source products.

Have you completed a Company Profile on CPhI Online.com?

• Yes? If you’d like to update your company profile, go to Step 1 to learn how to do so. If you do not need to update your Company Profile, go directly to Step 2.

• No? Your main point of contact should have received an email to create a username and password to access your Company Profile. If not, contact Customer Service.

1. How to set up your Company Profile on CPhI Online.comYou can set up your Company Profile in 5 easy steps: Select the pen icon, highlighted in the image, to start and update/edit:

1. Your company logo Adding a company logo will help define your brand.

2. Company description A company description is a great way to summarise the information about your company,

services and offering.

3. Links to your social media profiles such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Further your networking outside the event by adding your social media feeds.

4. Sales markets and categories Choose the markets and categories you are interested in to help with better, more consistent

networking.

5. Click Save and then, Publish Do not forget to save your updates! Once it is published it is now live.

2. How to add your Products and Services on CPhI Online.comTo add products or services to your Company Profile, please click on the “Products/Services” tab and fill in the required information.

1. Enter your product name and description

2. Add the CAS Registry Number

3. Upload your product images(s) • Specifications: 300x300 px (JPEG, JPG or PNG)

4. Enter your Sales Markets

5. Enter Supplied From (country of origin)

6. Enter Categories Once done please click “Save” and then, “Publish”. After it is published it is now live.

3. How to set up your Event Profile on CPhI Online.comYour event profile will be displayed on CPhI Online as well as on the CPhI Worldwide Swapcard environment where matchmaking & networking will take place. Your event profile will also be displayed on the event mobile app and exhibitor list, for full exposure.

For extra visibility, we can include your logo on the exhibitor list; please inquire about our logo package with your account manager.

Your Event Profile is created with information from your Company Profile. You will find it in the Event Profiles tab. You can update or change information at any time from CPhI Online only.

By default, there are Products added from your Company Profile. Select from the dropdown list to add more or click on the (X) to remove.

Once you are happy with all the information please click “Save” and then, “Publish”. Once it is published it is now live.

VISIT1. How to complete the CPhI Worldwide registration formThe CPhI Worldwide registration form is powered by VISIT. The objective of this form is to register your company as part of the CPhI Worldwide event. Companies exhibiting onsite: By registering in VISIT, you will have access to the online event platform in Swapcard as well as the in-person event in Milan.As the Admin for your company, you will need to register your team members and complete your company demographic questions following the instructions below:

1. Go to Service Centre on the left-hand side

2. Click on Standpersonnel

3. Top of the page click on New

Here you will see two types of badges and the company data:

Register Exhibitor In-person & online 2 badges are included in your package Register Exhibitor In-person

• In-person badge

• Full access to swapcard content, exhibitor list, floorplan, event agenda & updates

Additionally, they get to hold meetings online & onsite and have access to the supplier to buyer matchmaking tool on Swapcard.

• In-person badge

• Basic access to swapcard content, exhibitor list, floorplan, event agenda & updates

*if you wish to purchase more Exhibitor In-person & online badges please inquire this with your account manager.

4. From the drop down menu, first select “Register Exhibitor – In-person & online” and allocate the 2 team members that will be managing your meetings for the event and will have full access to swapcard. This will also be the registration for their in-person badge.

Each team member will receive an email instructing them to complete their individual demographic questions

Important: Each team member will need to complete their individual demographic questions before they can gain access to Swapcard

6. From the dropdown menu, select “Register Exhibitor In-person” to register the rest of your team for their in-person badge. These Team members will also have basic access to our swapcard event platform.

Once you have registered them they will receive a confirmation email. Please note: Only one badge type is permitted per team member.

Companies Exhibiting online only:

By registering in VISIT, you will have access to the online event platform in Swapcard.

As the Admin for your company, you will need to register your team members and complete your company demographic questions following the instructions below:

1. Go to Service Centre on the left-hand side

2. Click on Standpersonnel

4. From the dropdown menu, select “Register Exhibitor Online Only” and register basic information for each team member

Each team member will receive an email instructing them to complete their individual demographic questions.

SWAPCARDCPhI Worldwide’s online event and matchmaking platform is powered by Swapcard.

Swapcard is an advanced content and matchmaking tool that empowers you with quality interactions based on your preferred buyer profile. This will also be our main navigational tool for our in-person event, as it will be our event app displaying the floorplan, exhibitor list and much more,

1. Networking & MatchmakingThis is only available for the Exhibitor In-person & online, and Exhibitor online team members:

Matchmaking: Swapcard uses a content-based recommender system and advanced algorithms to constantly learn about your professional goals and interests and match you with potential buyers based on your preferences.

Networking: Connections and Meetings are a core element of a successful event experience. We have made this as easy as possible, putting all your networking features in one place to get a calendar full of meetings.

Click on the “My Event” section, and you will find your networking features:

1. My schedule: Your personal experience at the event.

2. My meetings: All the meetings you have set up.

3. My networking: The connections you have made.

4. My bookmarked companies: The companies you are interested in.

2. How to send meeting requestsThis is only available for the Exhibitor In-person & online and Exhibitor online team members:

Requesting a meeting has never been easier on Swapcard.

Here is how to request a meeting in three easy steps:

1. Select a time slot on any profile you would like to schedule a meeting with.

2. Add a message (optional) and click on “SEND MEETING REQUEST”.

3. Keep track of all your meetings and their status change in the section “My meetings”.
