Application and Contract InformationIn order to participate in advance onsite placement; exhibitors must submit a completed, signed 2020 Exhibit Application for a Contract for Exhibit Space. No space will be assigned without a signed application. AUA will send an invoice for the booth fee to the named contact, along with an acceptance of your application and confirmation of your space; the balance of the booth fee is due no later than August 31, 2019. Please carefully read the “Cancellation and Downsizing Policy” on the front of the application.

Following Advanced Booth Selection, AUA will offer space on a first-come, first-served basis. To reserve your space, please visit AUA2020.org and select “Reserve Your Booth”. This link will take you to our online contracting site for you to select your exhibit space and complete and sign the 2020 Exhibit Application for a Contract for Exhibit Space. Full payment is due by August 31, 2019 or at time of application thereafter; payment should be submitted according to the instructions on the application.

All reservations must be made on the official 2020 Application for a Contract for Exhibit Space.

PRIORITY POINTSPriority Points are calculated based on a five-year history of exhibiting (2015–2019) and are the basis for determining on-site placement. For a complete list of exhibitor priority points, please contact [email protected]. Points are awarded as follows:

• 1 point for every 100 square feet of space reserved

• 1 point for each year of exhibiting

• 3 points for exhibiting for five consecutive years

EXHIBITORS WILL ALSO EARN:• 5 points for utilizing the AUA’s official housing service

• 5 points for utilizing 90% of reserved housing block

(minimum 10 rooms peak, 90% based on total room nights)

SPACE ASSIGNMENTThe AUA assigns space based on the priority points system during the advanced on-site placement period and, thereafter, placed in the order the contract and full payment is received. Eligibility to exhibit is at the discretion of the AUA and is generally restricted to companies directly related to the urological/medical field. The AUA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company that submits an exhibit application.

The AUA will make every effort to accommodate your preferences and requests. The AUA reserves the right to make any modifications that may be necessary to best accommodate all requests for space. Companies requesting adjoining space or any special requests should submit them in writing along with the application to exhibit.

BOOTH RELOCATIONIf it becomes necessary to relocate an exhibitor after a contract has been accepted, the AUA will contact the company involved. Every effort will be made to reassign the exhibitor to a similar space.
