Specifications & Utilities Details

Air Conditioning and Distribution Systems - A total of six fresh air handling units manufactured by York are installed on the roof penthouse. The units cater a treated fresh air to the entire building at air temperature of 21ºC.

- Local extract and exhaust fans are installed for each office toilet and kitchenettes. - All fan coil units are manufactured by York and designed based on large offices applications; where one or two units serve a single office of area up to 300m2.

Water Consumption -Flow meters are provided to each office unit. -Each toilet is served by individual electrical water heater

Telephone and Data system - Two 5 pair telephone junction box is provided per floor, will be divided as per selected layout. -Each office has free on-air satellite signals through distributed receivers "multi-switchers" technique.

Power -Electric meters are provided to each office unit.
