How are EXPO kids graded?

EXPO kids are graded once every 12 weeks using their portfolios. The Progress Report itself is set up to score the students use of The Scholarly Behaviors and Depth and Complexity.

Sandra Kaplan’s Depth and Complexity with the Texas Performance Standards The EXPO department has received

extensive training in Sandra Kaplan’s model of Depth and Complexity and Scholarliness

We’ve taken this model of differentiation and combined it with the Texas Performance Standards Project.
