Call For Help

Currently our program is re-evaluating and rewriting job descriptions and performance evaluation tools for flight nurses, flight para- medics, dispatchers, dispatch supervisors and operations managers. We have been able to find very little information in the literature about flight position job descriptions and per- formance evaluation tools.

If any of your readers could send us a copy of their job descriptions and performance evaluation tools for the above positions, we would be grateful. We would like to see how other programs have approached their job descriptions and performance evaluation tools.
