Welcome NFPA In recent months, many strides have been made to ensure quality service in the aeromedical industry. Toward that goal, ASHBFAhMS and NFNA have joined forces with the National Flight Paramedics Association {NFPA} to continue this endeavor. We welcome NFPA's input to the AeroMedicalJournal and look forward to future joint ventures in aeromedicine. We have been able to find very little information in the literature about flight position job descriptions and per- formance evaluation tools. If any of your readers could send us a copy of their job descriptions and performance evaluation tools for the above positions, we would be grateful.
