Activity Report
Dear Members,
We present to you the activity report of SITE Turkey for the period of 2011-2013. Within this report we tried to describe the corporate approach SITE Turkey has accomplished among these past years.
With our motivated board of directors, we have emphasized on educational activities in gener-al. Among the educational and training events, we have also signed for a social responsibility project, again with an educational support on our young generation, our future.We have supported İzmir Convention Bureau for their e�orts in bidding for the SITE Global conference in 2015.
We are working on a new revised version for our WEB site. We are planning to publish it in the �rst half of the coming year with lots of news and reports, with member promotions and di�erent aspects of the destinations in Turkey. We hope you like it.
We have left behind a di�cult period for Turkey and our sector. SITE Turkey, o�cially come to life in 2009, has accomplished quite a number of educational and informative events for its members and friends. I would like to thank all our supporters and our board of directors especially, who have worked hard with great commitment for this association.With all my respects

SITE Türkiye member list
SITE Turkey was formed and established as an o�cial association in 18 May 2009. To become an o�cial entity in Turkey it was a manda-tory establishment of a legal association with its own by-laws. The mission was and continues to be supporting the Motivational e�orts and activities within Tourism in Turkey.
Within this management period we have added members and become over 30 members, supporting the MICE sector in Turkey.

First of all, since we have started we have been supported by Mr Basaran Ulusoy,
president of TURSAB (Association of Turkish Travel Agencies) and we are thankful
as well as appreciate all his continuous support in our works and activities. We
also would like to thank Mr. İlker Ünsever, Mr. Levent Korkud, Mr. Ömür Yeker, Ms.
Eser Pak, for the contribution they have given in our educational meetings. With
all our activities our suppliers have always been supporting and hosting us in full
service and we would like to thank The Sofa Hotel, The Ritz Carlton Hotel, The Elite

Our young generation needs our guidance!
In accordance with TOG (Community Volunteers Foundation), SITE Turkey has started an educational project and supported 5 youngsters in order for them to be able to attend social responsibility projects and volunteer in them actively. In order for us to be more a�ective in this project, you as the members of this association, are invited to become a guide for these youngsters.
3rd General Assembly Meeting | Activity Report
Our educational seminars continued with the corporate view of coaching on 28th February 2013. Presented by B-rain Team Mr Omur Yeker, the meeting was a success for 20 participants.
We have started our educational meetings on 6 June 2012. This meeting was presented by B-Rain Team, with the contribution of Mr Ömür Yeker and Ms Eser Pak (Trainers). 18 participants from di�erent sectors received valuable information in this training seminar.
The �rst of our sectoral meeting series was organized in Renaissance Bosphorus Hotel on 17th October 2012. This meeting covered the insur-ance and safety issues within our market. The subject which was examined in depth was presented to a group of 27 participants by Mr Levent Korkud (GM of Çağrı Insurance and president of ITO Health Services).

As every year we planned a new years party for our members. This was organized under the contribution of the Sofa Hotel with a fantastic Jazz Festival by Aşkın Arsunan and the Rush Hour Trio.
We have signed a contract and made our donation on 25th April 2013 to TOG for the educational purposes of the youngsters in need for support. This project was signed with a meeting at the Elite Hotel.
The second of our sectoral meetings was planned for the crisis management and legal aspects within our sector. The main theme of this meeting was that Information is Power and was presented by one of our well known lawyers and our member Mr İlker Ünsev-er. With a large participation of 43 members and SITE Turkey friends, this meeting was a success especially right after some crisis happenings in Turkey.

Also at the Ace of MICE trade fair SITE Turkey was promoted with a stand area, also as Paul Miller’s attendance a BOSS BAR was one of the event’s attraction points where bosses were asked to serve drinks to the guests. SITE Turkey president was invited for the panel speech under the theme sectoral analysis and global opportunities.

- The members part in the web site will be focusing on the promotion of our members

- Various İncentive destinations within Turkey will be described and promoted
- The events Site Turkey is attending or organizing will take place with detailed information
