When travelling on the M6 exit at Junction 3 and proceed on the A444 towards Nuneaton. Continue approximately 4 miles and at the second roundabout take the 5th exit onto the B4113 towards Bedworth. After approximately 150 yards turn left onto Gipsy Lane and Faultlands Farm is situated ¾ mile on the left hand side. Viewing: The lots can be viewed on the morning of the sale. Removal of Lots: All items must be removed by Monday 28th August 2017. Please not that the Auctioneers will not be responsible for the security of items left after 5.00pm on the sale day. VAT: The items to be sold for the main vendor will not be subject to VAT. Buyer’s Premium: A Buyers Premium of 10% with a minimum of £1 per Lot and a maximum of £200 per Lot plus VAT will be payable on each and every lot in addition to the hammer price. Refreshments: Light hot and cold refreshments will be available during the sale day. Payment: All lots must be paid for by cash, card or cheque on the day of the sale without exception.
