EnhancementsCR 26: IR Mass Edit Accounting details on the IR

will be mass editable.

CR 29: Include Voucher # & SWDN on the Payment Update eForm

The voucher number and statewide document number will be added to the Payment Update eForm.

CR 30: Add Contract ID to the DO

The contract number and commodity codes will be added to the print version of the purchase order.

Enhancement Request: Adding PUI to the DO search

Customers will be able to conduct purchase order system searches using the PUI filter.

CR 53: Buyer Password Reset Customers will be able to reset their own passwords

CR 110: Buyer Password Complexity

Password complexity (per Rule 71A, F.A.C.) will be added.

CR 108: PO Start Date / End Date Edits will be added to validate that the start date of a requisition is before the end date of the requisition.

CR 114: Enhanced Recycled / Green Reporting

Customers will now have the ability to designate a non-catalog item as "green" and / or recycled.

Release 1.0 and 1.1 (October 2010)– Added calendar feature for selecting dates

– Search results display on one page

– Attachments display on main advertisement page

– Added the Advertiser Console, including:

• Ability to remove attachments from public view

• Time-stamp for all edits now publicly viewable

Security Enhancements (December 2010)

– VBS now meets the state’s standard for password security

– E-mail validation for accounts

– Standard usernames are based on the accounts’ e-mail addresses (before the @ symbol).
