For administration by Bowel Management System 

Instill stool preparation through medication port

Retain enema as along as possible (at least 6–8 hours)

For administration by Enema 

Instill stool preparation (200‐300mL) through bag container over 3‐5 days

  For administration by Nasogastric Tube 

Instill 25‐50 mL of stool preparation into NGT followed by 25 mL flush of normal saline
