Religious Education Registrations
Current students (oldest child of each family) received a registra-tion packet on the last day of classes on April 27th & 28th. Please complete the packet and submit the forms between June 17th-July 8th (with a late fee). During the week: 10AM-5PM Evening Registrations in the School: 11AM-7PM July 16th & 31st Sunday Registrations in the School: July 14th Last Day of Registrations in the School: July 31st (No registrations in August) Family Registration 1. Before registering, each family will need at least 1 (one) parent who completed the workshop for Ethics and Integrity in Ministry, as well as, the registration process with the Diocese of Austin. A print out verification will be needed. 2. Parent(s) will need to be registered, members in good standing of San Jose parish. Certificates required (must be included with registration; no exceptions) 3. Baptismal Certificate, if 2nd year for 1st Communion & LDC2 OR Birth certificate, if not baptized. 4. self, asks Jesus the crucial question: Who is my neighbor? Jesus’ answer in the story of Good Samaritan indicates that our neigh-bor is the one before who is in need. The priest and Levite in the story could not move beyond the laws regarding purity to see that the man in need was their neighbor, but the Samaritan could. Is there anything in our lives that keeps us from really seeing a neighbor in need and responding as Jesus desires?
