Innovation Team(User Research and User Experience Team)

Innovation Team Brief:

‘To find and test suitable user research methods, that can be used to validate key personas and determine the

issues existing customers have using Emeralds services. So that developments can be made in user experience to enhance the usability, accessibility and

pleasure between the user and the product. In addition to this the team will also be pushing forward the

community ways of working to the rest of the company.’

UR & UX Timeline

My Objectives:

- Help determine an appropriate UR methodology, through testing and reviewing.

- Apply UR and UX methods on product development.

- Document and facilitate spark labs in the strategic conference and present an overview of the process.

- Create the user experience community.
