How to compete in China?
Government supportMatches officials goals
This is a positive industryWithin the law and we do not put our
hands on the restricted industryIt is not controlled by the government
Our marketing material Here is our poster/flyer for our service:
Who are our target customers?
Everyone needs to eat, so the potential customers could be everyone.
But most importantly, young people and working white collars. Because they do not have time to cook. The company which has a lot of workers may also use our services.
General Advertising Strategy
General population: We will put our posters on the outside of the public buses. We could deliver food for the bus companies for free in exchange that they let us put
the advertisement on their buses. If the first one isn’t enough to cover the cost of the advertisement, we would pay them
for the rest. It is inevitable for you to spend money on marketing. Specifically we choose the route that crosses the downtown area because more young
people could see it.
Specialized Advertising Strategy
Specific population for the working white collars: We can slip our posters into the mailboxes of the companies in some tall buildings. Reason 1: They are busy and they don’t have time. Reason 2: No place and no material to cook. (You don’t bring raw steaks to
work place)
