Sicom Traders that the firm is neither authorized dealer / sole distributer of Aurora nor there exits any model of Aurora of 6000 KV on the website of Aurora Company. Thus, the firm is offering a fake model of Aurora which doesn’t exist on products list of Aurora. Accordingly, matter was thrashed out in detail both with the complainant and M/S. Sicom Traders as well. But M/S. Sicom traders failed to present any legal document about their authorization to sale Aurora UPS as quoted by them in their Technical Bid.
