The Fireblock range of commercialdoors has been developed to providea choice of door designs and featuresto suit a multitude of constructionapplications and design criteria.

Fireblock commercial doors are available in standard and non-standard sizes.

Fireblock hollow metal doors areunique in their design and have anumber of patented features.

All products receive demanding testing and certification to ensureenhanced performance and durability.

Door leaves are formed from twoseparate sheets of metal (doorskins), which are profiled, folded and interlocked along horizontal and vertical edges. Combined with a bonded high-density performancecore, this creates a rigid and robustdoor leaf. The skins are profiled andinternally reinforced with concealedfixing to accommodate specifiedironmongery and door accessories.

Particular emphasis is given to internal and external provision fordoor ironmongery and accessories toensure that all surface fixing havesolid grounds.

FIRE RESISTING

COMMERCIAL DOORSAND FRAMES

Fireblock can offer a uniquerange of fire resistant doorsets,up to 300 mins (5 hours), forhinged and sliding doors,latched and unlatched, with orwithout glazed apertures, andwith a variety of size optionsand access variables. Tested toboth BS 476 part 22 1987, andEN 1634-1 2000. Performance tested and certified byWarrington Fire Research Centre.We offer a total fit out solutionfrom one supplier.

Fireblock doorsets are also available with 30 minute, 60minute and 120 minute ratings.

Finishes include, etched primer,finished paint, polyester powdercoating, and polished stainlesssteel. We can provide a myriadof ironmongery, automation and access control. Glazed visionpanels for internal and externalapplications.

Door Cores are provided to meetthe specifiers required integrity,stability and insulation.

SECURITYBLAST RESISTANT

Fireblock blast resistant metaldoorsets combine blast andpressure resistance and yetfunction similarly to standardhollow metal products withoutcompromising on it’s aestheticappearance.

The Fireblock blast resistantdoorsets have been dynamically tested to ClassEXR2 of CEN 11322 with ratings of up to 47Kn/m2 byan International IndependentTest laboratory. All our blast resistant doorsetscan incorporate fire resistanceof up to 240 mins.

All blast doors can be provided with the full range of accessories, automation,specific glazed panels and awide range of finishes.

Fireblock provides a choice ofsecurity features that can beincorporated into the fullrange of doors, frames andwindows without compromisingthe performance or integrityof the assembly.

ACOUSTIC SLIDINGDOORS

Fireblock has designed andmanufactured a range ofacoustic doors tested by AIROto BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995 andBS EN ISO 717-1: 1997.

A wide range of acousticattenuations are availablewith full certification fromAIRO. All acoustic doors can incorporate fire resistances ofup to 240 minutes.

Fireblock’s acoustic range canalso be profiled with visionpanels and any ironmongeryspecifications.

Noise at work regulations1989 require sound levels tobe maintained within clearlydefined limits. However, evenbelow these parameters noisecan at the least constitute anuisance and at the worst,seriously affect health as wellas the quality of life and workconditions.

Along with the acoustic doors,Fireblock has recently developed a full range ofglazed screens and windowswith acoustic properties.

Along with our standardhinged doorsets, Fireblock also manufacture single and double leaf sliding doorsets.The quality and aestheticappearance are second tonone and can incorporate anyironmongery.

The Fireblock sliding door canbe fire rated up to 300 minsand are available in a numberof finishes, stainless steel andpowder coated.

Fireblock sliding doors canalso provide an acoustic ratingand are suitable for a numberof applications – industrial,medical, pharmaceutical and clean room projects.

All louvres are manufacturedfrom profiled stainless steel,to your specific requirements,with a choice of finish, andany colour from the BS or RALrange.

Louvres can be supplied withoption of insect mesh fittedinternally, and colour coded to match.

All louvres can incorporate theunique features of the doorrange for ease of on siteinstallation to steel or masonry situations.

The Fireblock window range isthe result of an extensive andexpansive research anddevelopment programme.

Windows are available withfire ratings up to 300 minsand a choice of size variation.Frame design, internal/externaluse, single, double glazed,and flush finish for cleanroom,food or pharmaceutical applications.

A choice of finish is availableand includes, polyester powder coating and polishedstainless steel.
