Providing technical studies and researches and environmental surveys.

First for Consultancy and Environment ( FCE)company in brief: First for Consultancy and Environment company has been established

to offer environmental and management consultations in several fields

which include a professional selection of permanent assigned team work,

high university consultants. In addition, highly qualified staff from abroad

and engineers.

The Company has made several studies and projects, for example:

Making a study about removing milk whey safely for Damietta Diaryproduction Factory.

The firm made the development and training of many of the dairyfactors in the provinces of Daquahlia.

Making a study for indoor solid contaminations and applying acountry side pattern on.

Studying solid contaminations of butchery and the ways ofcollecting, transferring, and removing them away.

Making a study for risky and hazardous medical contaminations,Damietta.

Making an environmental study regarding the natural protectorateson the north cost of A.R.E

Making a study about the domestic solid contaminations inAlexandria.

The firm participated in preparing such factories to be qualified toachieve ISO 14001, ISO9001, ISO220001, in addition, participated at

many sessions in concern with environment, developing industry, and

at several conferences.

More than 400 studies have been done by the firm to estimate andprop the industrial activities and their side effects on environment

throughout Egypt.

Besides, the company cares to contribute to solve society problems. The

company adopts a magazine for environment and occupational health and

safety matters, called HSE magazine.

Training:

The company has a training center for all training courses in the field ofenvironment and occupational health and safety.

1- Environmental Services:The environmental services include:

- The preparation of the environmental registers- Doing environmental survey including environmental measurements

and monitoring

- Create a work environment of the following requirements :(ventilation - Noise- lighting -moisture temperature Air

Emissions).

- Rehabilitation of the companies to obtain ISO 14001 certification forenvironmental management.

- Rehabilitation of the companies to obtain OHSAS 18001certification for the Department of Occupational Health and Safety

- Environmental feasibility studies- Contribute to scientific researches to solve the environmental

problems.

- Organization and management of the environmental auditing forprojects and prepare reports on environmental auditing annually and

build new projects.- The design and implementation of the technical evaluation andreview required to ensure compliance with regulations and work

- Study and develop practical solutions to the problems of air pollutionemissions in the production line with laws of the environment.

- Project management and supervision of the implementation ofprojects of water desalination, sewage treatment and water

purification units.

- Detection and inspection and certification of the absence of noxiousgases and flammable gases.

- Economic feasibility studies of sites and projects and environmentalstudies and field reports.

- The work of environmental records and training programs in thefield preparation and development of systems of environmental,

health and related services.

- Studies, evaluation and design of security systems, industrial safety,fire prevention and training.

- Environmental consulting, including: the measurement of noise ,heatstress and indicators of pollution emissions in the flue, measuring the

proportion of air pollutants in the work environment and external and

internal rates of water pollutants.

- Environmental risk assessment studies of the potential accidentsoccur within the facility.

- Provide consultancy for the development of instrumentation for air,water and noise.

- To provide aid and scientific awareness in the field of occupationalhealth and safety.

- Technical feasibility studies, economic and marketing.

2- ISO Preparation:Preparation of facilities to obtain ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS

18001:2007. The company adopts the following:

Quality Management System standard ISO 9001:2008. Environment Management System standard ISO14001:2004. The Occupational health and Safety standard OHSAS 18001:2007. The food safety management standard ISO22000:2005. CE mark API management systems. Six Sigma Other certificates.

3- Boilers and Water TreatmentThis service includes doing studies, consultancy and designs of water

treatment plants.

The company has the suitable chemicals for the treatment.

The company imports the suitable water treatment plants and boilers.
