Scott Mellanby (157) for second on the Panthers franchise goal scoring list with a power play tally on Feb. 4 vs. NSH. The 25-year-old's power-play

goal also passed Pavel Bure (44) for fourth in franchise history for goals scored on the man advantage. Barkov enters tonight's game leading FLA in

shots (37), takeaways (10), faceoff win percentage (58.0) and total ice time for forwards (195:37). 

JONNY ON THE SPOT

Jonathan Huberdeau enters tonight's game as the Panthers leader in points (4-8-12) and assists (8). He is one point shy of his 450th NHL point, while

standing three assists away from his 300th NHL assist. Upon recording his 300th assist, Huberdeau will become first player in franchise history to reach

300 assists in a Panthers uniform. On Feb. 4 vs. NSH, the native of Saint-Jerome, Quebec became just the sixth Panther in franchise history to record a

five-point game (3-2-5). Aside from posting a single-game career-high in points, the 2020 NHL All-Star also notched his first career hat trick in the game.

Huberdeau's three-goal game also tied him with Pavel Bure (152) for fourth in franchise goal scoring. The Panthers franchise record holder for assists

and points, has notched multi-point efforts in two of his last three games. Huberdeau has amassed seven points (3-4-7) in that three-game span.

CART ATTACK

First-year Panther Carter Verhaeghe enters tonight's match-up leading the Cats with six goals. The native of Toronto, Ontario leads the Panthers in

even-strength scoring, tallying all six of his goals and all nine of his points at even strength. Over his last four games, Verhaeghe has notched three

points (2-1-3). The 2020 Stanley Cup Champion owns a 33.0 shooting percentage scoring his six goals on 18 shots. Verhaeghe has scored a team-

Veteran forward Patric Hornqvist enters tonight's game with eight points (5-3-8) over Florida's nine games. The 34-year-old native of Sollentuna,

Sweden has logged 33 shots on goal, one shootout game-deciding goal and two third period game-tying goals, including one scored at 19:57 of the third

on Jan. 26 at CBJ. Five of Hornqvist's eight points were recorded on the man advantage. 

THE DUKE 

Anthony Duclair has registered six assists over nine games with the Panthers. All six helpers were recorded at even strength. The native of Pointe-

Claire, Quebec has logged 26 shots on goal, including 13 shots over his last three games. Duclair leads the Panthers with a 60.2 5v5 shot attempt

Alex Wennberg tallied his first goal as a Panther on Feb. 7 vs. DET. Through nine games, Wennberg has registered three points (1-2-3).

Sergei Bobrovsky has earned points in all four of his starts this season (3-0-1), He is only the second Panthers goaltender in franchise history to have

registered wins in each of his three starts to begin a season, joining Scott Clemmensen (2011-12, 3-0-0). Bobrovsky is one shutout shy of passing Ilya

Bryzgalov for third in NHL history for shutouts by a Russian-born goaltender (35). Over 23 career games vs. DET, he owns a 16-5-1 mark, 1.96 goals

Chris Driedger owns a 3-1-1 record to start the season. The 26-year-old native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, made a season-high 35 saves on Feb. 7 vs.

Joel Quenneville was named head coach of the Florida Panthers on April 8, 2019. Quenneville has more than 20 years of NHL head coaching experience with the St. Louis Blues (1996-2004), Colorado Avalanche (2005-2008) andChicago Blackhawks (2008-2018) organizations. A native of Windsor, Ontario, Quenneville owns the second-most regular season wins as an NHL headcoach in NHL history. Blashill, 47, is in his sixth season as the head coach of the Red Wings and 10th season in the organization, spending the 2011-12 campaign as anassistant coach prior to three seasons as head coach of the AHL's Grand Rapids Griffins. In Blashill's tenure, the organization has overseen atransitional period for the organization and has helped a number of top prospects work their way up the depth chart and into every day NHL roles.Blashill has also been tabbed as head coach of the United States at three-straight IIHF World Championships (2017-19), helping the U.S. earn their fifthmedal in the history of the tournament with a bronze in 2018.
