Economy Controls

A Computerized Portable 2 Wheel DispensingCart measures the amount of liquid dispensedwithin 1 part in 5000. The Liquid is transferredthrough a Stainless Steel Pump that is mountedon the cart frame. A small On Board Computermeasures the quantity from a built in scale, andprints a two part delivery ticket in Gallons andPounds. The delivery ticket also prints the cartSerial Number, Consecutive Ticket Numbers, andthe Container Identification Number with Dateand Time, for complete Data Management.

The Operator uses a Hand Held Remote toDispense and Print Tickets.

One piece Dry Disconnect Couplers provide bothLiquid Flow and Vapor Recovery, which insuresno leaks or fumes when Dispensing Chemicals.

A Portable 2 Wheel Dispensing Cart DispensesSolvent into factory machines.

Dry Disconnect Couplers allow the Operator toquickly and easily Connect and Disconnect thesystem for transport.

An Air Operated Diaphragm Pump moves a highpurity solvent through a Filter Drier and MoistureIndicator.

Solvent is pumped in or out of the machine bysimply reversing the Dry Disconnect Couplers.

All Liquid Components are built into abackplate assembly, and the entire PumpingSystem is easily removed from the cart forstationary use.

Dispensing or Mixing of smallquantities from large supply tanks ishighly accurate with this Computerizedpackage. The liquids are weighed intothe tank by a scale, and moved toprocess via pumps or air pressure.

Flow Rate Control for In-Line Blending isprecise in many process applications using thispackage. A Flowmeter transmits a digitalsignal to the Computer, which Servo�s anElectric Control Valve. The ComputerDisplays all Flow Rates and Totals, and can beremotely started from a Master Controller.

There is no more pouring or guesswork in Blending Fuel Additiveswith this all electricComputerized Control System.The Econotrol TM Computerworks with the Bulk Flowmeterthat is already installed. Byinstalling a pulser on theFlowmeter, the Econotrolmeasures the Bulk Delivery, and100% of the additive ratio isblended automatically. TheComputer Screen displays Bulkand Additive Flow Rates andTotals. When the Bulk Flow Rateslows down, so does the additive.When the delivery is complete a printout (or RS232 upload)

completes the transfer, with your logo or favorite slogan.

Container Fillings Systems with Vapor Recovery and Dry Disconnect Couplers assures no spills orfumes. Computerized Data Management prints out Date, Time, Container I. D., and Fill Quantityin Gallons and Pounds. Every system is available with a Pressure Test feature, which will pressuretest the container, and print out Beginning Pressure, Ending Pressure, Differential Pressure, andPass or Fail results.
