FMI leases Industrial Space in Solon

FMI leased 41,040 square feet in the industrial building at 29001 Solon Rd. in Solon, OH.

The 194,640-square-foot facility was constructed in 1972 in the Solon Industrial submarket. Solon isabout 20 miles southeast of downtown Cleveland.

Jeffrey Calig and David Hexter of NAI Daus represented the landlord, Premier DevelopmentPartners, in negotiations.
