A. The awards are open to all Master Builders within the residential sector of the building industry. To be eligible for entry the project must have been completed within a two year period prior and have reached practical completion by the entry closing date.

A Judging panel will inspect all projects entered. It is also important that relevant personnel (i.e. builder and client) attend the on-site inspection time and date. Please indicate on the entry form the dates you re unavailable. Please allow at least 45mins to an hour per site for inspection.

The judges’ decision is final and binding. If in the option of the judges the entries do not reach the quality standard for the competition, the judges and the Association, at their discretion may decide not to grant an award in that category. The judges may also at their discretion reclassify any entry. Should this occur, affected entrants will be notified in advance.

MEDIA COVERAGEMedia coverage of the Master builders Excellence in Housing Awards includes (but is not limited to) the Master Builders Winning Homes Magazine, Master Builders website and Master Builder magazine.
