STRETCH WRAPWhenever selecting �lm, the following variables should be taken into account:

Box styles are what we use to describe what style of box you might need. We use the industry-standard codes for di�erent box styles, for example, the most popular box style is 0201 which is a type of box you are fairly used to seeing - it has two outer �aps that meet in the middle top and bottom to tape.

I-Pack® is the 100% automated corrugate packing solution with volume reduction, dedicated to order fulfilment. The machine measures the height of the products inside the box and reduces the box to size. Folding and gluing increase the box strength. Then, a lid is automatically sealed on the box.

e-Cube®

e-Cube® is a void reduction packaging solution for order fulfilment.

The e-Cube® solution is appropriate for all business using 300 to 2000 boxes per day and per footprint. After measuring the heights of the contents, the box will be sealed by folding and gluing the upper flaps.

HOW IT WORKS The product is placed onto a defined tray. The shape, the dimensions or the heights of the product do not matter. The important thing is that it fits the size of the provided shipping box. The automatic feed is used to vertically wrap both – the tray and the product - with the special stretch film. The product is firmly clamped onto the corrugated board format and can be securely shipped in a box. This tray packaging machine ensures perfect product protection, high-speed packaging and low costs. This easy-to-operate machine offers maximum flexibility for small and large product lines. The packaging process still remains the same even for constantly changing products with different heights and weights of up to 160 kg. And the best of it : You reduce the amount of packaging sizes, storage space and time. Filling and cushioning materials are no longer required.
