Have you ever wondered…

What is forgiveness?

YES?! WELL,

• There are 3 types

of forgiveness.

1. DIRECT FORGIVENESS

2. INDIRECT FORGIVENESS

On Condition

• 3. Conditional Forgiveness

Forgiving, but with a condition or stipulation

Like making someone sleep on the

couch maybe?

So WHO

forgives or is

faced with

forgiveness?

At some point in everyone’s life, we are all faced with the choice of forgiving someone or something, but we all choose to forgive in a different way.

So what have people disagreed on in the field of forgiveness in interpersonal relationships?

For example, in a study conducted by Andy Merolla, the results showed that indirect forgiveness was the most common followed by direct then conditional, but the interesting part was that conditional was the most common in dating relationships….

HMMM…
