And have them surpass them

Even if you are afraid it might go wrong
#6 Don’t direct growth
Let people choose their own direction
#7 Make learning a valuable outcome
Allow room to learn: e.g. vision time, experiments
#8 Create movement
Change only happens when it happens
#9 Leaders go first
They owe that to their people
What will this bring your organization?
You keep existing as an organization
