And reward them

Have them take control

#4 Challenge people to explore boundaries

And have them surpass them

#5 Exhibit trust

Even if you are afraid it might go wrong

#6 Don’t direct growth

Let people choose their own direction

#7 Make learning a valuable outcome

Allow room to learn: e.g. vision time, experiments

#8 Create movement

Change only happens when it happens

#9 Leaders go first

They owe that to their people

What will this bring your organization?

You keep existing as an organization

• Employees will be happier and more motivated

• Your organization will gain more knowledge and experience

• Experiments leads to new business ideas

• Product or service quality will rise

• Value delivery will increase

• It will give you a competitive edge (at least for now)
