Foxy Lady is a superbly presented 50’ cruiser stern narrowboat built only 4 years ago in 2015 by Collingwood / Orchard Marine. She is in stunning condition both inside & out. She is a conventional layout, so the covered well deck leads, through glazed front doors, into the saloon. She is fitted out in oak with an oak floor and feels light and airey. The saloon is 11’6” long and houses a very comfy sofa (which converts into a spare double berth), a solid fuel stove, a TV aerial point, shelving and a cupboard. A breakfast bar with two stools sits in between the saloon & the galley. The galley’s utilities consist of a 12v fridge with icebox, a 4 burner gas hob, oven & grill, a sink and plenty of cupboard and storage space. Worktops are granite. A side hatch in here adds light and air. The bathroom sits off the starboard corridor through a sliding door. The shower is a quadrant style cubicle, the basin is a counter top circular ceramic one , the loo is a macerator pumpout and there is a heated towel rail. The bedroom is in the aft cabin. The bed extends to 4’6” wide and has storage underneath and in cupboards over. A wardrobe sits at the foot of the bed and has a washing machine under, and steps lead up past the electrics cupboard to the large cruiser stern deck. She was last blacked in Feb 2018 and last serviced in May 2019. Boat safety is until May 2023. She is propelled by a Canaline 38 (with hospital silencer) and only has 516 hours on the clock. Centeral heating is a Webasto diesel fired system, and hot water is supplied by either the engine, the Webasto or an immersion heater. All the lighting is LED and 230v is from either the 2.5kw inverter or the landline. She also has 2 flexi solar panels and a galvanic isolator. All the batteries were new in May 2019.
