‘Your Settings’

Use the “Your Settings’ section to change your:

• password • e-mail address

profile picture• language• etc

Your Settings. Manage Alerts.

Allows users to decide when they should receive an e-mail notifying them of a change in their course or dashboard.

Itslearning ‘Help’ menu

• Help is accessed via the ‘Personal Menu’

• Available in many languages

• Can read through articles or search for key words

• Available to Teachers, Students, Administrators, etc.

• Opens in a new tab or window (check for pop-up blockers)

Organisation Dashboards

Users generally start at their organisation’s Dashboard.

School or Organisation dashboards are like Notice Boards, but can have a range of information on them.

Information is divided in different “Content Blocks”.

Dashboard Layout

Choose the Layout, Content Blocks and other information to be displayed on a School or Course’s dashboard

What is a Content Block?

• Images: Upload images from your computer or internet.• Rich Content: embed Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, or many other content. • RSS Feeds• Poll: Add a simple poll to allow users to vote
