WELCOME!The services today are taken by Rev Ian Hamilton.We are always glad to have visitors at our services. Tea and coff ee will be served in the hall after the morning and evening services. Do wait if you can.We use the New International Version of the Bible and we sing the metrical psalms, Sing Scripture and Hymns (with musical accompaniment). These are projected on to the walls on either side of the pulpit. We stand to sing and sit to pray. If you wish to give an off ering to the Lord’s work, there are boxes at the front and side doors as you leave. The service lasts about an hour.

Today
We are pleased to have Rev Ian Hamilton taking our services today. Ian is in the Smithton congregation.
There is a time of open prayer before the Sunday services at 10.30am and 5pm in the session room. This is a wonderful time to pray together before the services. It would be great to see you there.
Crèche meets during the morning service, children and helpers leave after the second singing to meet in the Fellowship Area.
Holiday Sunday School for children up to primary 4 leaving after the reading.
The Global Mission Prayer Notes for April are available for collection today.
This week
Prayer meeting on Wednesday at 7.30pm in the hall will be led by Donnie Macleod.
Road to Recovery – meets in the fellowship area on Thursday at 7.30pm.
Saturday pre-communion service in the hall at 7.30pm. Rev Alasdair Macleod will preach.
The services next Sunday will be taken by Rev Alasdair Macleod, minister in Smithton and our interim moderator. During the Sunday morning service, we will celebrate the Lord’s Supper (Communion). If you would like to know more about this or would like to join the Church in membership, then please speak to any of
the elders. The Kirk Session will meet on Saturday 13th April in the fellowship area.
Other News
Tumbletots will be off for the school holidays and will not meet on the next two Wednesdays, 10th and 17th. We will resume again on Wednesday 24th April.
YF will be off for the school holidays. It will resume on Sunday 28th April.
Coff ee@Dobbies will meet on Tuesday 23rd April so as not to clash with the school holidays. Fuller details nearer the time.

Martin Black (Merkinch Free Church) is going to be moving into his own property in the coming weeks. He is looking for any household items/goods, which you’d be willing to give to him, to help him get started. Please pray for his fi ancee, Cristi, as she is trying to get a visa to move to Scotland. The Vacancy Committee met on Thursday. Trevor Kane and Rory Stott have agreed to come and preach again, both in June; David Court had declined the invitation after prayerful consideration. Jo Barnard is expected to preach on 26 May. The committee will meet again on Monday 24th June.
